Submission Instruction for IEEE WoWMoM 2007
Updated information for camera ready papers
The camera ready version of your paper submission to IEEE WoWMoM 2007 is due April 16, 2007 12:59 EST. Please see below the paper submission instructions.
There are three different types of papers: extended paper, regular paper, and poster. All papers will be pub-lished in the conference proceedings. Extended papers will be given the opportunity to exploit up to the maximum page count of 12 pages including all text, figures, tables, and references. Regular papers may not exceed a maximum page count of 8 pages including all text, figures, tables, and references. Poster papers will have a maximum page count of 4, again including all text, figures, tables, and references. However, the number of pages can be increased by contributing with an over-length charge of Euro 250,- per page for each page exceeding the maximum limit.
Camera ready papers must be formatted according to the IEEE double-column standard format with 10-point font size for texts. Please use only standard fonts such as Times Roman, Courier, Symbol, and Helvetica. The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word style files can be found at the IEEE site (http://www.computer.org/portal/site/cscps/index.jsp). As before, paper submission is managed through EDAS (http://edas.info/5019). All papers must be submitted in PDF (Portable Document Format).
Since all the papers will be published also on IEEE Xplore, authors have to follow the IEEE instructions for the PDF creation at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/confstandards/pdfs.html (you have to select "PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore" ). Otherwise authors can register for IEEE PDF eXpress -- a free, online service that will allow conference authors to either convert their documents into compatible PDFs or to submit their own PDFs for compatibility testing. To register, visit IEEE PDF eXpress at http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/frhelpnologin.asp and follow the instraction at "Proces Overview". The conference ID for the registration is "wowmom07".
Each paper must have one regular (non-student) registration at http://ieee-wowmom.tml.hut.fi/register.html. The author registration deadline is the same as the camera-ready version submission deadline.
Along with the paper submission and registration, authors are requested to submit the copyright form for your paper, which again can be done using EDAS (http://edas.info/5019).
See you soon in Helsinki!
