Conference site
The conference is hosted by Telecommunications Software and Multimedia Laboratory (TML), Helsinki University of Technology, and the conference will be held in the Computer Science building at the HUT campus in Espoo.Conference registration and fees
The fee for the Conference is 150 EUROs (incl VAT). Special fee for students (i.e. those whose employer does not pay the conference fee and who are doing their post graduate studies e.g. as a scholarship student) is 120 EUROs (incl VAT). For late registrations after October 15 the fee is +20 EUROs to the original fee.
The conference fee includes the two days of seminar, the seminar proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and a banquet at Haikaranpesä, Haukilahti water tower. Guests of the participants of the Conference are welcome to join us to the dinner for a fee of 50 EUROs (inc. VAT).
Please fill the registration form and send it no later than 21st of October either by e-mail or by fax to the conference secretariat (fax: +358-9-451 5253). Those who pay with a credit card, please fax the payment form to Account office, Paula Latvala, by fax +358-9-451 4544. The payment form contains also bank information for bank transfers.
A small Welcome Reception and social networking event will be held in the Sauna Cabinet in the HUT Computer Science building (Konemiehentie 2) from 5 to 10 PM on Wednesday, 3rd of November. Welcome Reception participants can also try out a warm Finnish sauna.

We have reserved rooms from two hotels: Radisson SAS Hotel Otaranta is near the conference site, and Hotel Helka is in Helsinki city center,
Please contact the hotel for reservations and mention the keyword "NSEC" to get the special fee. The rooms are reserved for the conference until 30rd September.
