Fall 2006

The course addresses various issues in communication security. Every perticipant must prepare a scientific article and present their work during a conference. Fall 2006 there are three different courses arranged under this course code.

The courses in Fall Term 2006

In the fall term 2006, there will be five different courses arranged under the TML research seminar course codes T-110.7290 and T-110.7190. The courses have different topics and students can take one or more of the offered courses. See the separate course pages for details on content, sign-up and arrangements.

• T-110.7290 Research seminar on network security (2-4 cr)
  Theme: Trust, Privacy, and Security issues in modern distributed systems (in English only).
  Lecturer: Bharat Bhargava
  Time: Aug 28-31, 2006 in HIIT Ruoholahti.

• T-110.7290 Research seminar on network security (5 cr)
  Theme: Research seminar on trust, security and privacy in the Internet
  Lecturer: Andrei Gurtov
  Time: Fall term, Wednesdays 14.15-16 in HIIT Ruoholahti, HTC building PINTA, 6th floor.

• T-110.7290 Research seminar on network security (3-5 cr)
  Theme: Authentication and key establishmet (joint course with T-79.7001)
  Lecturers: N Asokan and Kaisa Nyberg
