The assistant team
The assistant team takes care of the course in general: exercise hours, homeworks, WWW pages, distribution of information, translations to different languages, exams and so on.
The assistants usually can be reached for immediate help through IRC channel #media. Insructions for the use of IRC are available in Finnish and in English.
There is ALWAYS one of the assistants on IRC from 14-16 on the day you have to return your homework.
If you have something to ask, use the news group opinnot.tik.media.
Only if you have a more personal matter, send e-mail to the course e-mail address: media@tml.hut.fi. Do not use the personal addresses of the assistants, you might not get a response at all by using a personal address.
