5.4. Comments submission Send comments on the papers you received to their authors and iwork@tml.hut.fi
week 13-14 Tutormeeting, where the papers are checked and divided into posters and papers. This meeting is only for tutors and the course staff.
15.4. at 24.00 (Note: Thursday!) Camera ready submission Submit your camera ready paper to your tutor and your opponents as PDF file, and PDF and all the source files (including the LaTeX file and all the pictures used) to iwork@tml.hut.fi. DO NOT BE LATE.
week 17 Meeting with all students. The practical arrangements for the seminar in Sjökulla are explained and instructions for how to present the paper or poster in Sjökulla are given. Recommended.
26-27.4 Conference in Sjökulla Mandatory. And fun!
